Let me introduce myself, my name is Mike Volinski, Owner of PoolandTile.com . I was born in Germany, my father was in the Army and the first 18 years of my life, my family traveled to many countries. When I turned 18 I joined the Air Force and served my country working as a Weapons Avionics expert specifically working on F16’s. I loved it. After retiring as a Sergeant in the Air Force, I came to California to be with my family and started a career in aerospace. I worked for Lockheed at one time and then General Dynamics, working on weapon guidance systems. It was a great experience.

 

Since retiring from my career in Aerospace, I have found another passion…Swimming pools! While I was a plumber, electrician, and in- home maintenance doing general repairs, and scheduling personnel to make properties ready to be rented, I discovered I have a knack and love for repairing swimming pools and specifically tile.

 

Why is this important to you? I take pride in my work and I have the work ethic and discipline that comes with being a Veteran and I love working outdoors and helping my clients transform their pools.
